Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
To start a return, contact us at hola@holabooks.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days — minus shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return your original order and place a new purchase once the return is accepted.
