It's simple: create an account at holabooks.com using your school or district email (for example, yourname@yourdistrict.org). Once your district is registered with us, access turns on automatically the moment you create your account. Head to the Teacher Resource Hub and you'll find the slide decks, assessments, lesson plans, and family materials there.

It's almost always one of two things. First, check that you signed up with your work email — personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo) aren't recognized automatically. Second, if your school purchased recently, we may still be adding your district to our system. Email ayuda@holabooks.com with your name, school, and district, and we'll get it sorted the same day.

In 2026 we launched our new website and migrated every account. In a few cases access didn't carry over correctly — we're sorry about that. Email ayuda@holabooks.com and we'll send you an invitation to restore your account. Your materials are still there; we just need to reconnect them.

It means your account exists but isn't linked to your school yet. First, double-check that you're logged in with your work email. If you are, email ayuda@holabooks.com — we usually fix this in minutes.

Yes! Every teacher at a registered school has access to the K–2 small-group resources, no matter which grade the school purchased. We want you to use whatever your students need today.

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and an email will be sent to you. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If the link doesn't work, email ayuda@holabooks.com and we'll reset it for you.

Once inside the Teacher Resource Hub, you'll see your program (¡Estoy listo!, Poquito a poco, or ¡Soy lector!). Inside each program there are folders for: lesson slide decks, phonics assessments, small-group lesson plans, extra practice (blackline masters), and family materials. The printed student workbooks (Mi cuaderno de práctica) aren't downloadable — reorder them at hola@holabooks.com.

No. Once your account is active, it stays active. There are no annual renewals or extra fees.

Yes, as long as the email address actually receives mail — that's where the account confirmation will go.

Of course! Anyone with an email on your district's domain can create an account and will have access automatically. New teachers don't need to do anything special — just create an account with their work email.

For schools and districts purchasing a Foundational Skills Program or a decodable collection, every teacher in the district can have access. If you purchased through a reseller or have a special situation, email hola@holabooks.com and we'll figure it out together.

Workbooks come in sets of 25 and can be ordered separately. Email hola@holabooks.com with the grade and quantity, and we'll send a quick quote.

Yes. As of 2026 we no longer offer digital copies of the Teacher's Guide, but you still have the full lesson plans through the slide decks and their notes. If you'd like to purchase a printed guide, email hola@holabooks.com and we'll work with you to place the order.

We ship to schools and districts across the United States. For larger orders we coordinate a delivery date with you to make sure someone's at the school to receive them. For schools around the Monterey Bay, we sometimes deliver in person!

The phonics assessments (diagnostic, formative, and summative, including dictado and fluency) are in the Hub as printable PDFs. We don't have a digital progress-monitoring platform — districts use such different systems that we'd rather you record results in the platform you already use. If you need help setting that up, write to us.

Not right now. Hola Books is a print program with supporting digital resources, not a software platform, so access is handled directly at holabooks.com with your work email.
